CANCELLATION POLICIES:
All cancellations must be received in writing sent to Eunice.Ireri@accgalobal.com.

Cancellations prior to 10 September 2019: Refunded in full.

Cancellations between 10 September and 8 October 2019: Refunded in full, less a 25% cancellation fee to cover administration costs.

On or after 8 October 2019: No registration refunds will be made.
